Shipments and returns
OUR DELIVERY METHODS
Depending on the many types of items we offer, we use different service providers for the delivery of our products:
GLS At home: Delivery within 24-48 hours to metropolitan France (excluding Corsica: 5 to 7 days). This mode of transport is intended for packages weighing less than 30 kg. This mode of transport is also available for Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Switzerland within 48 hours. For Switzerland, provide in addition the customs duties and Swiss VAT payable to the freight forwarder before delivery.
TNT: Paid delivery of your rubber tracks within 2 to 3 working days.
GEFCO Messagerie: Paid delivery of parcels weighing more than 30 kg within 2 to 3 working days.
OUR SHIPPING COSTS
All our items available on the site are free of charge. In the event of a change in delivery policy, the changes will be made on this page.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 14 days (invoice date) to return it to us in its original packaging or equivalent (cardboard or pallet). It is imperative to contact customer service on +33 (0)3 20 17 03 60 to obtain the return number required to manage your returns to our warehouses.
The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to use the Colissimo service of the Post Office (FRANCE) for parcels weighing less than 30 kg. In the case of heavy goods (over 30 kg), we can offer you our preferential rates with our courier carriers by deducting the return shipping costs from your refund.
Once the merchandise is back in our warehouse, we assess its condition. In case of damage, a discount may be applied, otherwise we will refund the full amount of the goods and any delivery costs.
